A Program Made for Experienced Managers
The DBA, GEM & HEG-Genève is a 3-year, part-time, professional doctoral program aimed for experienced managers to increase their impact on their organization and society at large. The objective of the DBA GEM & HEG-Genève is to leverage academic research into practical business problems.
Organized in partnership with Grenoble école de management (GEM), the Geneva cohort follows the steps of the GEM French and American cohorts. With seminars both on campuses in France and Switzerland, and online, the program is adapted to your professional activities !

Professionals who would like to link corporate experience to rigorous research.
Applicants must have managerial expertise and a Master’s, MBA degree (or equivalent). The DBA acts as a lever for rewarding careers.
