Table ronde : "L’intra-nationalisation – tremplin pour l’international"

Mardi 19 novembre 2024 de 18h00 à 19h00, à l'aula HEG-Genève - suivi d'un apéritif à partir de 19h30.

Cette table ronde mettra en lumière l'importance de l'intra-nationalisation pour les entreprises suisses. Des entrepreneurs-euses, PME et startups ayant réussi à s'étendre dans les différentes régions linguistiques de la Suisse partageront leurs parcours et stratégies.

L'évènement se veut ouvert et interactif, offrant un espace d'échange dynamique où le public est invité à poser ses questions et à participer activement aux discussions. Que vous soyez fondateurs de startups, aspirants entrepreneurs-euses et étudiant-es, cette table ronde est une opportunité unique d'apprendre des expériences concrètes et de bénéficier de conseils pratiques pour aborder de nouveaux marchés en Suisse comme tremplin vers l'international.

La HEG-Genève vous invite à cette table ronde exceptionnelle, co-organisée avec l'Office de Promotion des Industries et Technologies (OPI) et le Sciences Innovation Hub de l'Université de Genève.

Biopics des panelistes 

Matian Mardit

Mardit is a mechanical engineer by background with a PhD from Imperial College London in the field of fuel cells, Mardit has 23+ years of working experience in the field of low/high temperature fuel cells including PEM/SOFC, production of hydrogen from electrolysers, and reformers. He has worked in both specialised fuel cell companies in the UK and Switzerland, as well as large enterprises such as ABB, and has numerous patents to his name. Mardit is EH Group's technical development and strategy lead, where he and his partner are leading a team of 18 engineers and scientists with 14 different nationalities.

Jonathan Chambers

Jonathan is a scientist and entrepreneur specialising in energy in the built environment, bringing his expertise in data science and physics to deliver innovative solution for clean energy in buildings and cities. He has a long experience leading research and development projects in academia and industry, including at EDF Energy R&D and multiple start-ups, in addition to his research fellowship at University of Geneva. He holds a PhD in Energy in Buildings from The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment, University College London, and a Masters in Energy Science and Technology from ETHZ.

Steve Salom

Steve is a senior tech operator and startup veteran turned full-time investor with two decades of experience at small to large-size organizations. Steve joined ACE as a Partner at the end of 2022 to build up ACE Ventures and launch its newest fund, ACE Swiss Tech Outliers, focused on the broader Swiss tech ecosystem. Before joining ACE, Steve advised investors, startups, scale-ups, and Tech executives. He was also an Operating Partner at ACE, where he helped ACE portfolio companies with their strategy and operations. He has sat on the ACE Investment Committee since 2021.
