A holistic vision of industrial performance optimization
Abstract
Using an industrial case study, we’ll show how Lean Management, Supply Chain Management and Change Management were jointly deployed to enable a company to change its culture and dramatically increase its internal and customer efficiency. We will also show at what point in the transformation process mathematical optimization models came into play, and what preliminary actions had to be taken.
